My stay was disappointing due to several issues. First, the room was not adequately cleaned, and there were remnants of previous guests left behind. Additionally, the hallway noise made it difficult to relax, as I could hear conversations and doors slamming late into the night. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing concerns, which added to my frustration.

The room was clean, and I loved the convenient snack options available 24/7. The large walk-in shower made my stay even better.

While my family faced a frustrating hiccup with our reservation, the queen room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The front desk staff could benefit from more training in customer service.

We had a great time thanks to the clean room and the 24/7 access to hot chocolate and snacks. The kids loved the pool and being able to unwind in the cozy bar area. Just a heads up, the parking lot could use some work, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 😊

The room was clean and had a convenient layout. Loved the no tub showers in the room! Check-in happened fast, and my request for a room at the end of the hall got honored. The hotel had a bar area with 24/7 access to hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and fruit, which was a nice touch. The warm breakfast was a treat. However, the parking lot was old and had limited spaces. The lady managing breakfast on our second day seemed overly strict about portions of bacon, making comments that felt unnecessary. The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, and the walls felt thin, as I could hear the neighbors. Overall, a great value for the price, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Check in was super fast and accommodating to my request to have a room on end of hall. The breakfast was great with chocolate waffles and kids loved it.
